Built on the night shift
Chronomancer started with a problem at one venue: a large casual crew, a season built around weekends, and a roster drawn up from the top by people who could only guess who wanted to work.
So we turned the model around. The venue publishes the work, the crew requests the nights and roles they want, and management allocates with a standby pool for cover. People tend to turn up for work they chose, and when they don't, the record shows it. That record is the reliability score.
We build and run Chronomancer in New Zealand. The same engine can run an entertainment venue's sets, a restaurant's sections or a retailer's floor, with your own labels and branding.
Our first deployment is an entertainment venue in New Zealand, running live weekend rosters on Chronomancer today. If your roster runs on a casual crew, we'd like to hear how you fill your nights.
